Sonia is now down 21 pounds in a little over 4 months. Want to know her secret? Drinking plenty of water and knowing the difference between portion sizes vs. serving sizes. A serving size is a measured amount of food, whereas a portion size is the amount of food YOU choose to eat for a meal or snack. Sonia still treats herself to a glass of wine and even ice cream if she wants, but she always sticks to the recommended serving size. Exercise is a key component in a healthy lifestyle but you shouldn’t be working out like crazy to maintain your weight. Eat smarter.
